Dr. Terry Jackson is a trusted advisor and Executive Coach with a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Change. Dr. Jackson  honed his gifts and skills for years and became recognized worldwide for his life-changing transformation ideologies.  He also received the prestigious honor of becoming a member of Marshall Goldsmith, an organization many people call "The Academy of Public Speakers." In fact, Dr. Jackson says that being honored as an elite member of Marshall Goldsmith 's 100 Coaches Leadership Advisors is like "winning an Oscar for your public speaking."   Dr. Jackson is not content with just being recognized as a leader in his field. He truly wants to see people's lives and businesses transformed and thriving. He is a coach and consultant for the U.S. State Department International Information Program and he has 25 years of progressive leadership development experience in sales, marketing, operations management, and business consulting with Fortune 10 companies. 

Dr. Stephanie Freeman thrives in the unconventional and the exceptional.  When the corporate and academic ladders didn't reach high enough, she created her own ladder so that she wouldn't be limited.  She is a pioneer, a visionary, an innovator, and a creative.  She wants the Emerald Consortium to be a place where other people can excel and thrive without having to bow down to the conventional or the status quo.  She brings over 30 years of marketing, advertising, and public relations experience to help Emerald Consortium members get exposure and much-deserved recognition and respect.  One of her favorite brands is called "Nerd Beauty."  She created this brand to show that educated women (even women with 5 earned degrees like she has) can be fashion icons and love being a woman.  This brand is a global leader in empowering Beautifully Brilliant and Brilliantly Beautiful people. Two of her favorite power words are luxury and excellence--words she want all of her brands to embody.
